AstonRep Theatre Company is pleased to announce casting for its production of Martin McDonagh’s dark comedy THE LONESOME WEST, directed by Company Member Dana Anderson*. THE LONESOME WEST will feature AstonRep Company Member Robert Tobin* with Phoebe Moore, Mark Tacderas and Dylan Todd.

After a successful run at Rosehill Cemetery this spring, Neil Tobin, Necromancer: Near Death Experience returns to the historic Chicago site with more thought-provoking theatre just in time for the Halloween season. Chicago-area writer/producer/ performer Neil Tobin performs nine interactive, magical, site-specific solo shows about mortality at the rarely open to the public May Chapel on the grounds of Rosehill Cemetery, 5800 N. Ravenswood Ave.

Casting Announced for The Second City’s 107th Mainstage Revue

The Second City announces the cast for The Second City’s 107th Mainstage Revue. Under the direction of ten-time resident stage director and Jeff Award winner Matt Hovde and with returning music direction by Vinnie Pillarella, The Second City’s 107th Mainstage Revue will feature current Mainstage ensemble members Ryan Asher, Tyler Davis, Jeffrey Murdoch, and Nate Varrone, who will be joined by Gaslight District cast member Emily Fightmaster and She the People cast member Kimberly Michelle Vaughn. The stage manager is Craig Taylor. The official press opening is Thursday, December 6 at 8pm.

The second production of Pride Films and Plays’s 2018-19 season will be IT’S ONLY A PLAY, by Terrence McNally. McNally is arguably Broadway’s most prolific gay male playwright, with 20 Broadway credits to his name, plus many other plays produced off-Broadway.
