During the past week, each of this semester’s Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) Award winners at Eads, Elliott, and Frank Hammond                   Elementary School were provided with gift bags which were dropped off at their residences by D.A.R.E. Officer James Ghrist.
