Whenever there has been two inches of snow or more, in order not to delay the clearing of such streets, all vehicles parked on all streets of the town, except streets in the area bounded by, but not including, Manor, Hohman, Ridge Road, and the northern town limits, shall be removed by the owner.
All vehicles parked in the area bounded as described above shall be removed by the owner from one side of the street as indicated by signs in place. It shall be the duty of the police department to issue parking tickets to violators.
