Congratulations to our very own MHOF Events Coordinator, Alexa Cano, who was the recipient of the 2020 R.O.S.E. Award - presented by the South Shore Convention and Visitors Authority in Hammond, IN on October 7, 2020.
What is a R.O.S.E. Award? Many times when a guest visits a hotel, restaurant, bank, or gas station; they rarely meet the manager or owner of the establishment. It is up to the front-line employee to make the customer's visit enjoyable.
The R.O.S.E. Awards were created to recognize these "directors of first impressions" who consistently work hard to make our lives easier.
The Mascot Hall of Fame is owned and operated by the City of Whiting, a 509(a)(1) public charity under I.R.S. code. We raise monies through Whiting Entertainment Center, Inc., a 509(a)(3) supporting organization.
