A prolific maker whose work focuses on his community, Villarreal shares the rich history of his South Chicago neighborhood and his Mexican heritage.

The pelvic floor is an important yet misunderstood part of the human body. A strong, supple pelvic floor can lead to a happier life with a lot fewer leaks, but how can we get there? (It’s more than just kegels!). The workshop, taught by Mary Schons, includes a lecture followed by a pelvic floor-themed yoga practice.
