The Indy Chamber Rapid Response Hub provides answers to frequently asked questions from entrepreneurs, business owners, and employers covering a number of key topics including finance, business operations, employee support, and more. It also includes a question intake form to route small businesses to the information, resource, or service provider they need via a network of subject matter experts and community connectors.

“Nearly 85 percent of Indy Chamber members are small businesses,” notes Indy Chamber Board Chair and President and CEO of IU Health Dennis Murphy.

“As we prioritize the health of our community, we must also prioritize the health of our local economy. Services provided by the Indy Chamber can help small businesses make the most informed decisions as they navigate this changing economic terrain.”

The Indy Chamber Rapid Response Hub will be updated daily as new information becomes available. The Indy Chamber is grateful for the support of a growing number of civic organizations, including the IU Kelley School of Business at IUPUI, which will engage faculty, students, and alumni to expedite answers to business inquiries.

“Almost immediately after precautionary restrictions to minimize the spread of COVID-19 went into effect, our small business members began asking for clarity on how to navigate this uncertain landscape,” said Indy Chamber President and CEO Michael Huber.

“While we don’t know the full economic impact of this situation, we understand that small businesses will be disproportionately affected. Our Indy Chamber team and our network of partner organizations are committed to providing impacted owners with information, support, and connections to potential resources.”

Indy Chamber business coaches are also available for remote business coaching sessions and can be scheduled via indychamber.com or by contacting information@businessownership.org.

The Indy Chamber is able to offer loans for entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Small business owners can review FAQs and submit questions immediately via the new Indy Chamber Rapid Response Hub at https://response.indychamber.com.
