When your child’s school cancels classes for teacher institute days, parent/teacher conferences or select holidays, sign up your child for a full day of fun at Paramount School of the Arts.

At Paramount School of the Arts day camps, students ages 5 to 13 get to play games, sing, dance, act and create art projects all day in a nurturing and safe environment. Choose from full-day or half-day, whatever works best for your busy family.

Spring 2020 session now posted, choose from Paramount’s full slate of arts classes for newborns to adults

Registration also just opened for the new spring 2020 session at Paramount School of the Arts, where children ages 6 months to 19 years can match their interests or expand their horizons with more than 50 classes in theater, music, dance and visual arts.

Sign up early for PSA’s super popular series of “intensives” that take students deep behind-the-scenes of Paramount’s Broadway Series productions, including the upcoming world premiere musical The Secret of My Success and the regional premiere of Kinky Boots.
Private lessons in theater, dance, musical instruments, vocal performance and audition coaching are also available.
Due to demand for more advanced courses for its middle-school students, PSA will launch its new Youth Theater Conservatory in January. These courses are for passionate 6-8 grade students who have a serious interest in singing, dancing and acting. Auditions are required for children new to the school, Audition dates are Wednesday, November 13, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday, November 16, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Call (630) 896-6810 to schedule an audition time.
For high school students who plan to go on to perform professionally or study musical theater in college, Paramount offers highly specialized pre-professional training through its Musical Theater Institute. Training is led by Paramount fan-favorite Paul-Jordan Jansen, currently in rehearsals as the Beast in Paramount’s holiday spectacular Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, playing November 13, 2019-January 19, 2020. Jansen also portrayed the Cowardly Lion in Paramount’s The Wizard of Oz and earned a Jeff Award for Best Actor as Paramount’s Sweeney Todd.
