AS A COVID-19 PROTECTIVE MEASURE, BUFFALO THEATRE ENSEMBLE CANCELS THE FINAL PLAY OF THEIR SEASON, “NAPERVILLE”

Mon, 03/23/2020 - 5:23pm by laughingcat

"Buffalo Theatre Ensemble has been working extremely hard to navigate these uncharted waters, as a result of the Coronavirus and all of its implications, and it was very difficult to make this decision following our very successful productions of ‘Holmes and Watson’ and ‘The Cake’ earlier this season,”  said BTE Artistic Director Connie Canaday Howard. “As a non-profit theater, the impact of lost performances is huge, but the understanding and support of our patrons can go a long way to helping us weather these artistic and fiscal storms. This is why we are asking audience members and subscribers to consider converting their purchase to a donation or crediting the value of their tickets towards future productions including productions in our upcoming 2020-2021 season which will be announced later this spring. Of course, donations of any amount to help us through these difficult times would be welcomed.”

The MAC Box Office will be contacting ticket holders to “Naperville.”  Walk up is not available at this time, however ticket holders are encouraged to reach out to the box office via email at TheMAC@cod.edu to let them know if they would prefer to receive a credit toward tickets for BTE’s 2020-2021 season, convert their purchase into a donation or receive a refund.
