Participants will learn how to blend colors and apply the pencils to the black background, creating a stunning winter night scene. Class is designed for all 
experience levels.
The cost for the workshop is $80, with members of the Art Center receiving a $20 discount. Students will take a break for lunch. A supply list will be provided upon registration. The Chesterton Art Center is located at 115 S. 4th St., Chesterton, IN 46304.
