Chicago Humanities Festival Kicks off 2020 Spring Season

The Chicago Humanities Festival is proud to kick off the 2020 season with award-winning writer Adam Davidson, as he inspires attendees to chase their dreams all the way to economic security.

National media sometimes portrays our economic forecast as grim—a dying middle class, robots stealing our jobs—but Adam Davidson provides a more optimistic take on our economic future, showing us that there are new opportunities for curious and ambitious people to make a living doing what they love.

Chasing your dreams is no longer a road to ruin, Davidson argues in his new book, The Passion Economy. Today, chasing your dreams is your path to success. In this special presentation for CHF, Adam will share stories of ordinary people who overturned expectations to not only achieve financial stability, but personal fulfillment as well. He will also give attendees the tools to make it big by doing what they love, too.

This program will inspire Chicagoans to kick off the new year by resolving to live better and more fulfilled lives.
