With that in mind, we are taking this opportunity to develop enhanced standards and protocols and are confident that we can meet the rigorous health and safety standards we are setting for ourselves in anticipation of our reopening.

If you have already purchased tickets to visit the museum during this period of closure, the cost of your tickets will be refunded to the card on which you made the purchase within 10 business days.
There have been no confirmed or suspected cases of COVID-19 among museum staff, volunteers, or visitors. We will continue to work with Chicago and Illinois public health officials and will update our website with any new developments.
