Lt. Duane Englert, who in 1999 earned the Pitzer Award as state’s conservation officer of the year, is retiring after 38 years of service with the DNR Division of Law Enforcement.

On Sunday, July 30th, at approximately 10:09 a.m., Master Trooper Russell Hayes responded to a two-vehicle crash on I-65 southbound at the exit ramp to 61st Avenue. 

Yesterday (7/30/2023) evening, just before 9:45 p.m., Trooper Wiley was patrolling Sagamore Parkway near Yeager Road in West Lafayette. Trooper Wiley attempted to stop a 1983 Honda VT500 motorcycle for an equipment violation.
