This afternoon (10/10/2023), Trooper Miramontes arrested Brent Wills, 44, from West Lafayette. Wills was the driver of the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee in the fatal crash that occurred on September 18, 2023 at US 52 and County Road 400 West. 

UPDATE: In early September, 2023 the Cadillac Escalade registered to missing person 58 year old Patrick Stern was located in Indianapolis and was severely burnt. Inside of the vehicle were the remains of an adult male, believed to be Mr. Stern.
