The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) released its annual calendar today, which honors the agency’s more than 1,000 explosives detection canines working in the United States.

​​​​​​​Indiana Toll Road- This morning at approximately 2:00 a.m., a single vehicle crash occurred on I-90 (Indiana Toll Road) at the 6.5 mile-marker. This location is approximately 2 miles east of Calumet Ave. The crash involved a single vehicle, a semi pulling an empty trailer, which closed all the lanes of travel.

Chicago Fire FC today announced the Club’s 2022 award winners, naming Designated Player Xherdan Shaqiri the 2022 Most Valuable Player and captain Rafael Czichos the 2022 Defensive Player of the Year. Additionally, forward Jhon Durán received the 2022 Golden Boot.

Bowman Displays Digital Imaging in Munster generously sponsored a police vehicle wrap for the car that is driven by our police department’s D.A.R.E. & Elementary School Resource Officer.

Bowman Displays did a great job with the wrap design which included a police patch supporting Autism Awareness.

The vehicle will regularly be seen around our town’s schools and at events throughout the year to help with promoting safety in our community.
