The growth of multi-use trails has accelerated in NW Indiana over the last 20 years. Today, there are over 160 miles of these “pedestrian and bicycle superhighways” that connect communities, counties and even states.
Jasper County-Yesterday (10/6/2019) evening, at approximately 5:40 p.m., a trooper who was off duty saw a semi on I-65 that was smoking heavily from its rear axle that caught fire.
