Dear Friends of Pride -
In the past week, I have felt a combination of emotions. Sorrow for the work at Pride Arts, across Chicago and the country, that people will not get to see. Great productions like our DEX & ABBY and FIVE ENCOUNTERS ON A SITE CALLED CRAIGSLIST played to much smaller audiences than they should have.  Joy for the camaraderie of our community pulling together and hope that people much smarter than I will soon clear a path for us all.

Following recent public health guidelines set in place by the CDC and mandated by Governor J.B. Pritzker, Adventure Stage Chicago (ASC) has canceled its Chicago premiere of Idris Goodwin’s Ghost. The production had been scheduled to play from April 25 to May 3 at the Vittum Theater.
