Beginning June 3rd, SNAP recipients in Indiana may use their Hoosier Works EBT cards to purchase groceries online for pickup or delivery at two approved retailers – Amazon and Walmart. SNAP participants are automatically eligible to participate in this program and do not need to apply.

Recovery of the body of Anthony Cohn, a swimmer who went missing at Bass Lake on June 2, has been made. At approximately 6 a.m. today (6/4/2020), members of the Bass Lake Fire Department located Cohn’s body while searching near the area where he was last seen.
The 2020 Non-Equity Jeff Awards program has been postponed. On June 3rd at 1:45 a.m. the Indiana State Police Lowell Regional Dispatch Center began receiving 911 calls about a vehicle travelling the wrong-way on I-94 eastbound near the 43 mile-marker. The vehicle was described as a white van driving westbound in the eastbound lanes.
