We are excited to bring the Chicago Holistic Health and Wellness Forum to you on Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026, at Rush University Medical Center.
In-person attendees will have the opportunity to visit exhibitors, connect with organizations and resources serving the MS community, learn from leading experts, and enjoy a complimentary lunch. Free valet parking will also be provided. Donations are appreciated to allow Yoga Moves MS to continue providing adaptive yoga classes to patients with MS and neuromuscular conditions without financial restrictions.
This year's program features an exceptional group of speakers representing neurology, music therapy, mental wellness, creativity and the lived experience of MS:
- Augusto Miravalle, MD — The Science Behind Brain Health and Music Therapy
- Tyler Kaplan, MD — The Future of MS Biomarkers
- Mindy Eisenberg — The Science of Gratitude and Its Impact on Mental Health
- Adrienne Castillo, NP — The Science of Gratitude and Its Impact on Mental Health
- Clare Takash — The Science Behind Brain Health and Music Therapy
- Kellye Howard-Jue — Joy and Ease Beyond the Disease, an uplifting and humorous presentation exploring the power of finding joy, laughter and ease while living with MS
- Enero J Ray — Piece by Piece: Resilience and Renewal Through the Art of Collage
The Holistic Health and Wellness Forum for MS is designed to remind attendees that wellness is not defined by one treatment, one symptom or one aspect of MS. It is about looking at the whole person and discovering meaningful ways to support the brain, body, mind and spirit. Through education, inspiration, laughter, creativity and connection, Yoga Moves MS hopes to provide attendees with practical knowledge and renewed encouragement for their own wellness.
Join us in Chicago on Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026, for learning, connection, creativity and inspiration — because living well with MS is about every chapter in the story.
