Virtual Show Choir Thursdays from 7-8:30 CST, September 17 through December 10
On Thursday nights Memorial Opera House’s Youth Theatre Program, LimeLights will be partnering with BAM Theatre based in Hinsdale, Illinois, to present their national Virtual Show Choir program hosted by show choir expert Peter Bromann.
Kids will learn music and choreography, record all of their materials, and be able tune into the final performance, which will be live streamed online. Ages 8-15; Tuition $300
Broadway Nights Master Classes 1st Monday of the Month from October 5 through December 7
Band together with students from across the country on the first Monday of the month and learn from Broadway's brightest stars! Beginning in October, Memorial Opera House’s Youth Theatre Program, LimeLights will be partnering with BAM Theatre based in Hinsdale, Illinois to host 90min Master Classes with some of your favorite performers.
On October 5th we begin with Ryan McCartan (Heathers, JD-Off Broadway), followed on November 2nd with Krystina Alabado (Mean Girls, Gretchen Weiners-Original Broadway Cast), and on December 7th with Mikey Winslow (Hamilton, Originaly Broadway Cast Swing/Chicago Ensemble). Past Master
Class topics have included college audition techniques, song interpretation, and monologue work. Open to all ages; Tuition $35
