You Asked, We Answered!
Question: I just got a new laptop and feel a little lost! Can the library help me figure it out?
Answer: Of course! Whether you’re on a library computer or using your own device, staff are available to help with everyday technology questions. In most cases, we can troubleshoot basic issues while you’re visiting the library.
For more in-depth assistance, like instructional guidance or “how-to” with a new laptop, phone, or tablet, we also offer One-on-One Tech Help sessions. Check the event calendar to see when your local branch has time set aside, or you can call the Merrillville Branch at (219) 769-3541 to schedule a session directly with us. To make the most of your appointment, it helps to bring specific questions so we can prepare and tailor the session to your needs!
