IU Health is providing FREE transportation to and from COVID-19 vaccination appointments at any COVID-19 vaccine clinic in Indiana. To initiate the process of securing a ride to your vaccine clinic appointment, please call 1-888-484-3258 (1-888-IUHEALTH) and choose option 9.
This vaccine clinic transportation program is being funded through a grant from Anthem, Inc. IU Health is partnering with Lyft to provide these rides where this is an option but works with other transportation options wherever necessary.
