The Wildlife Rehab is still without power...
Our Wildlife Rehabilitation Center is recovering from the severe storms on Monday and are still without power.
Thanks to a donated generator, we are able to continue caring for our patients, but our phone lines remain unavailable.
We are still accepting injured and orphaned wildlife.
If you find an animal in need between 8 am and 4 pm, please bring it directly to our center - there is no need to call first.
Our team is transporting critical patients and newborn wildlife to staff members with power to ensure they receive uninterrupted care.
Although every animal is safe and accounted for, the storm caused significant damage to our facility. Two outdoor enclosures were destroyed, several more sustained damage, and numerous trees fell across the property, creating extensive cleanup and repair needs.
Despite these challenges, because of you, our dedicated wildlife care team and interns are still caring for hundreds of wild patients by headlamp, adapting to the lack of electricity while continuing to provide the compassionate care every animal deserves.
