The theme of the show is “Seasons Change and So Did I”. The obvious interpretation of the theme is that we do have a change of seasons. This will be shown in their works that reflect the beauty of winter, spring, summer and fall. But not only do the seasons change in nature, we change as well. These changes can be depicted either literally or metaphorically.
The line, “Seasons Change and So Did I”, comes from the song “No Time” by The Guess Who. It depicts moving on from someone or something. This past year we have been dealing with the coronavirus that has affected us all in some way. So, this theme can also depict the optimism of moving on from the difficult times to better days ahead. The club has attempted to show the changes we see in the world around us and those we feel within ourselves.
The show will feature around 90 pieces of work, from roughly 30 of the club’s both emerging and established members. The exhibit will open on March 6 and conclude on March 31. The exhibit is free and open to the public. Masks must be worn and social distancing practiced.

Upcoming Duneland Photography Club’s outdoor activities involve the Maple Syrup Time at Deep River County Park, the weekends of March 13th and March 20th. Some members will join the Lake County Photo Club at 10am on March 13th. The Duneland Photo Club will also photograph this event on March 20th at 10am. Visitors are invited.
