In addition to these assignments, Russell has served as a Field Training Officer, participated in the Targeted Investigation Program, and worked in clan lab and methamphetamine suppression operations. He has also served as a Task Force Officer with Homeland Security Investigations and contributed to the Indiana State Police Wellness Section through its Financial and Spiritual Wellness Pillars. Additionally, Russell has served as a financial wellness instructor for the Indiana State Police Recruit Academy.
