This morning (5/14/2024), just after 6:30 a.m., Trooper Jeffries, alongside the Warren County Sheriff's Office, responded to a 9-1-1 call on High Street in West Lebanon. Upon arrival, Trooper Jeffries encountered Perry Elliott, 60, of West Lebanon.
