The Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA) has retained BBC Research & Consulting (BBC) to conduct a disparity study to examine State contracting and procurement. The disparity study will help inform IDOA’s efforts to encourage the participation of minority- and woman-owned businesses in State contracting and procurement. BBC invites you to participate in a disparity study meeting where you will be able to learn more about the study and tell us about your experiences doing business in Indiana. The insights that you provide will be integrated into BBC’s analyses.
