For members of the press, and those who support free press, Replay will offer free local and national newspapers, free arcade games, and a special drink menu, including $3 Craft Beer, $3 Cans of Wine, and $3 Bourbon Press, to encourage guests to participate supporting freedom of the media.

Actor, author and critically-acclaimed stand-up comedian Lewis Black returns to the McAninch Arts Center (MAC), located at 425 Fawell Blvd. on the campus of College of DuPage, Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 8 p.m. Black will rant on parents to politics in this engagement that is part of Black’s “The Joke’s on US Tour.” Opening for Black will be special guest John Bowman. This show is recommended for mature audiences.

Tickets On Sale Now for Sesame Street Live! Make Your Magic at The Chicago Theatre


Everyone’s invited on an amazing journey with Elmo to discover the “power of yet” in Sesame Street Live! Make Your Magic. Building on a successful tour with Feld Entertainment’s inaugural Sesame Street Live! show last season in partnership with the non-profit educational organization Sesame Workshop, this production features favorite Sesame Street pals Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Big Bird and more in a brand-new, magical adventure live on stage. Sesame Street Live! Make Your Magic visits Chicago on Saturday, February 9 and Sunday, February 10, 2019 for six performances at The Chicago Theatre.

Chicago Magic Lounge presents Spotlight: Women in Magic November 29th – December 1st


Chicago’s new home for close-up magic, is proud to present Spotlight: Women in Magic, featuring some of the world’s best professional magicians – who all happen to be women. Hosted by The Incredible Jan Rose, Spotlight: Women in Magic will feature magic by Lucy Darling (aka Carisa Hendrix) and close-up magician extraordinaire, Alba, with headliner (and first-time guest) Jade, the first woman to win the Gold Medal of Magic from the International Brotherhood of Magicians. Spotlight: Women in Magic will be presented as part of Chicago Magic Lounge’s The Signature Show, for five performances, November 29 – December 1, 2018.

Old Lowell Watering Hole and Bub’s BBQ off to a great start in Lowell


When The Old Lowell Watering Hole and Bub’s BBQ opened its doors in late August, residents were anxious to try the new brew pub they’d been watching and waiting for all summer. Located directly behind the post office, at 241 N. Liberty Street in Lowell, the brew pub quickly drew high praise from customers sampling the craft beer and delicious food in the one-of-a-kind water plant-themed family-friendly restaurant.



Blue Man Group, continuing its open run at Chicago’s Briar Street Theatre (3133 N. Halsted), will provide a new experience for Chicago visitors beginning November 8 by unveiling brand new content featuring new instruments, technologies and audience interactions. Developed by Director Michael Dahlen and Creative Director Jeff Turlik, the new elements joining the Chicago production celebrate Blue Man Group’s commitment to experimentation and evolution.
