Major Award Winners!
Thank you for your support of the Munster Education Foundation’s Second-Annual Merry & Bright Holiday Lights Contest! This year, 10 additional homes (totaling 26) gave us their best holiday displays to help raise money for Munster schools, and we’re excited to announce the winners:
- People’s Choice Award: The Certa Family, which will receive a trophy and a $250 Lowe’s gift card, courtesy of State Farm Agent Kyle Dempsey
- Clark Griswold Award for Most Lights: The Forsyth Family, which will receive a “Card My Yard” sign, courtesy of Card My Yard owner Sarah Nuetzel, and a $250 Lowe’s gift card, courtesy of State Farm Agent Kyle Dempsey
- Best in Show: The Carr Family, which will receive a Leg Lamp, courtesy of the South Shore Convention and Visitors Authority.
- Incredible Inflatables Award: The Nelson Family, which will receive a gift card of $100 courtesy of Austin Logue of People's Bank.
All families who entered this year’s contest will also receive a gift of popcorn from Lady’s Gourmet Popcorn. Thank you, too, to Largus Graphix Solutions for donating all of the print materials and signs for this event, Kay Rogan of RE/MAX Realty Associates for her sponsorship of Holiday Lights signage, and Matt Maloney of Matt Maloney Real Estate Group for sponsoring the bags that held our Holiday Lights experience kits.
