The Village of Rosemont is proud to announce PHI Studio as the official producing partner for its highly anticipated immersive entertainment destination, “EXP,” scheduled to open in the Pearl District in 2025. The state-of-the-art 25,000-square-foot development scheduled to open in September 2025 will feature cutting-edge immersive art installations alongside a 7,500-square-foot to-be-announced restaurant.

With projects spanning Montreal, Houston, Shanghai and beyond, PHI Studio has established itself as a trusted innovator in creating immersive environments that resonate with diverse audiences and drive engagement.
