Jasper County- The Indiana State Police, at the request of the Jasper County Sheriff's Department, is investigating an officer involved shooting.

Preliminary investigations by the Indiana State Police Criminal Investigations Division Lowell Post revealed that today, at approximately 4:15 p.m., a deputy with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Department performed a traffic stop on a vehicle on S.R. 14 east of C.R. 475 E.
