Rosemont’s Parkway Bank Park entertainment district (5501 Park Place) is honored to welcome the Tunnel to Towers 9/11 NEVER FORGET Mobile Exhibit on May 9-10, offering visitors a powerful look at the events of September 11, 2001. Created by the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, this traveling tribute features an 83-foot tractor-trailer transformed into a 1,100-square-foot interactive exhibit, showcasing artifacts from Ground Zero, audio recordings, video footage and more. As the exhibit makes its stop in Rosemont, it provides a unique opportunity for the community to honor the heroes and victims of 9/11, while ensuring their stories continue to be shared and remembered.
The Tunnel to Towers 9/11 NEVER FORGET Mobile Exhibition is free and open to the public. The exhibit will be open at Parkway Bank Park on Friday, May 9 from 2 – 8 p.m. and Saturday, May 10 from 12 – 6 p.m. Tours of the exhibit will be led by eyewitness first responders, who will share firsthand accounts of their experiences on 9/11.

“Rosemont is honored to host the Tunnel to Towers 9/11 NEVER FORGET Mobile Exhibit at Parkway Bank Park,” said Rosemont Mayor Brad Stephens. “This moving tribute provides our community with a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the bravery and sacrifice of the first responders and victims of September 11, 2001. We encourage everyone to visit, hear firsthand accounts from first responders, and help ensure that the legacy of those we lost is never forgotten.”
Parking for the Tunnel to Towers 9/11 NEVER FORGET Mobile Exhibition is available at the Parkway Bank Park parking garage and is free with validation from any of the park’s venues. For more information, visit ParkwayBankPark.com or T2T.org.
