Teatro ZinZanni, named “Best Night Out in Chicago” by CS Magazine, is thrilled to announce their current production has been extended through February 16th due to popular demand! LiV Warfield, who won the “Golden Buzzer” on this season’s America’s Got Talent, and Cunio, the spellbinding singer and Chicago theatre sensation, headline this extended run along with the returning fan favorites, Duo Rose.
Teatro ZinZanni, “an unforgettable experience in the heart of Chicago” (Broadway World), performs every week on the 14th floor of the Cambria Hotel in Chicago’s Loop. Tickets that include a four-course meal are available here.
Chicago-based trapeze duo Duo Rose, last seen at Teatro ZinZanni Chicago in 2022, brings a unique blend of dynamic elements and aerial contortion. Samuel Sion and Sylvia Friedman, who have been performing together since 2007, combine their backgrounds in aerial arts, gymnastics, and contortion to create a fluid aerial ballet that showcases balance, strength, discipline, and grace. Their act has toured internationally and won numerous awards. Notably, they made history in 2010 as the first American circus artists to perform in Havana, Cuba since 1959, earning a bronze medal at the 9th International Circus Festival, CIRCUBA.
This production of Teatro ZinZanni offers an unforgettable sensory experience. Attendees will be captivated by a whirlwind of comedy, live music, and awe-inspiring performances, all complemented by a mouthwatering multicourse feast.
LiV, Cunio and Duo Rose are joined by the brilliant comedian Kevin Kent, elegant contortionist Elayne Kramer, extraordinary hula hoop artist Vita Radionova, and astonishing aerial straps and capoeira artist Raphael Nepomuceno.
Teatro ZinZanni's talented live band, led by musical director Theodis Rodgers, Jr. (piano/organ), sets the mood with an infectious energy, accompanied by Jose Martinez (percussion, drums), Jon Negus (woodwinds, keyboards), Phil Seed (guitar), and Doug Bistrow (bass).
Teatro ZinZanni invites guests to embark on a journey of “Love, Chaos, and Dinner” under their historic Belgian Spiegeltent. Performances take place on the 14th floor of the Cambria Hotel, 32 W. Randolph St., with multiple shows every week. Show only tickets start at $84 and tickets including a four-course meal start at $124 and can be purchased online at ZinZanni.com/Chicago. ABOUT TEATRO ZINZANNI
Home of Love, Chaos, and Dinner.
For over 26 years, Teatro ZinZanni has welcomed audiences to intimately staged productions featuring over-the-top theatrics paired with lavish food and drink. While each Teatro ZinZanni is unique, the recipe is consistent: a dash of circus, a hint of Vaudeville, a whisper of cabaret, finished with Teatro ZinZanni’s signature, not-so-secret ingredient: joy.
Founded in Seattle in 1998, Teatro ZinZanni’s productions unify the immeasurable talents from the best-of cirque, music, comedy, magic, and entertainment. Each Teatro ZinZanni performance is distinctly interactive and playful: to attend Teatro ZinZanni is to be a part of Teatro ZinZanni. And while attendees are encouraged to wear formal wear, they are also encouraged to embrace their wild, informal tendencies. As of today, Teatro ZinZanni has entertained over 2 million guests and has staged over 120 distinctive original productions - with a majority of the productions presented within an antique Belgian mirror tent, the Spiegeltent. In 2000, Teatro ZinZanni expanded to San Francisco and in July 2019, Teatro ZinZanni opened in the heart of Chicago’s Theater District. A venerable institution that continually flips the script, Teatro ZinZanni is synonymous with a perfect night out - a sentiment shared by USA Today, The New York Times, The Chicago Tribune, The Los Angeles Times, and nearly every Seattle media outlet.
