The Northwest Indiana Symphony Orchestra is celebrating Maestro Kirk Muspratt’s 25th Year with the Symphony with a party, Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 6 pm at the Center for Visual and Performing Arts. The party will feature entertainment, plus heavy hos d’oeuvres, desserts, and an open bar. For a quarter of a century, Kirk’s passion has elevated our community through inspiring performances, enlightening music education, and his unwavering commitment to the Youth Orchestra.
“Northwest Indiana has been my artistic home for the past 25 seasons,” Maestro Muspratt said. “From my humble start performing in a sheep barn in Newton County, I thank you for welcoming this Canadian musician into your lives, and I hope that I have contributed something of quality, beauty, and joy to yours.”
The party will feature the unveiling of a new South Shore Line poster featuring Kirk, sponsored by Mechanical Concepts, Inc., live performances by Symphony and Youth Orchestra musicians, delicious appetizers, desserts, and an open bar, and surprises throughout the evening to make it unforgettable.
Tickets for the party are $80 for individuals, with upgraded sponsorship packages available.
