Judy Gregurich and Mark Montgomery will be offering a Beginning Stained Glass Class starting on Tuesday, May 4th from 7:00pm-9:00pm. During this 8-week class, students will learn the art of copper foil stained glass, originally invented by Louis Tiffany. A finished stained glass window will be created.
Tools and supplies are included. The cost for class is $230 for members and $250 for non-members. A maximum of (6) students are all that we can accommodate due to COVID-19. All students MUST register and pay prior to the first class.
Judy and Mark will also be offering an 8-week Silk Screen on Glass Class using enamels starting on Tuesday, May 4th from 7:00pm-9:00pm at the Chesterton Art Center. This class is designed for students who have taken a previous stained glass class. Students will learn the art of silk screening on glass, and then incorporate that piece into a stained glass window that they will create.
Supplies are not included, and a supply list will be given at the time of registration. Cost of the class is $160 for a member and $180 for a non-member. A maximum of (8) students are all that we can accommodate due to COVID-19. All students MUST register and pay prior to the first class.
Please note: Although these classes are on-site, preventative measures will be taken to keep all participants and staff safe. All will be required to wear a mask. Spacing will provide social distancing, and hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes will be available. All students will be asked to sign a waiver regarding COVID-19. There will be no make-up days for missed classes due to COVID-19.
