Cook County Department of Public Health has issued a new mitigation order that became effective as of January 3rd, 2022 for its suburban Cook County jurisdiction.
For our upcoming Jazz shows (until further notice by the State of Illinois or Cook county) The latest Illinois COVID-19 guidance requires that we check for "Proof Of Vaccination" before we allow attendees to take their seats. All attendees must wear a face covering.
We will also be doing "temperature checks" as guests enter the showroom, Our clients are among the highest percentile vaccinated, along with our staff, bands and contracted workers. Smooth Productions is a 100% vaccinated business.
Should this or any other mitigation order from the Cook County Department of Public Health or the State of Illinois change as we get further into the future, we will follow whatever that mandate requires.
