
The Board of Directors of Shirley Heinze Land Trust announces the election of two new board members to three-year terms.
Andrew Moats is a healthcare building markets leader for Shive-Hattery with 35+ years of experience working with physicians, administrators, equipment vendors, and regulatory agencies. He enjoys art, woodworking, hiking, birding, photography, and cooking. Andrew resides in Valparaiso with his wife.
Zack Wellsand is the founder and Vice President of Wellsand Landscaping and Hardscapes. He is active in the Chesterton community and is passionate about nature and creating access for people to enjoy the outdoors. Zack resides in Chesterton with his wife and two children.
Sean Hay termed off the board after serving from 2019-2024. When he started he was quickly enlisted to serve as the chair of the Marketing Committee. He supported key projects during his time including the organization’s website, navigating a virtual world through the pandemic, and improving a web and media presence. Sean continues to stay active on the Marketing and Communications Committee.
