The Gary SouthShore RailCats are excited to announce their 2023 American Association Schedule, including game times for all 50 home games.
The 2023 Home Opener is Thursday, May 11 against the Winnipeg Goldeyes at 6:45pm featuring post-game fireworks presented by Fifth Third Bank. The RailCats’ 2023 schedule includes a total of 13 fireworks shows, including post-game fireworks displays every Friday home game as well as May 11, May 28, May 29, July 3 and July 4.
“We are excited to bring another season of RailCats baseball to Northwest Indiana,” said RailCats General Manger, Anthony Giammanco. “The release of our schedule kicks off the 2023 season for us! All the fun really starts now as we kick our planning into high gear to set our promotional schedule and plan all the for another great season!”
Other schedule highlights include School Day Games on May 16 and 18, doubleheaders for Memorial Day (May 29) and Independence Day (July 4) as well as two Youth and Senior Day Games (June 28 and July 20).
Standard start times for Monday-Friday games are 6:45 pm (exceptions: May 16, May 18, May 29, June 28, July 4, July 20), Saturday games at 4:00pm and Sunday afternoons at 2:00pm (exception: May 28). All game times are subject to change and gates open one hour prior to game time.
