Mariachi Ameca’s performance will conclude Portage LIVE’s Fall 2021 - Spring 2022 live music season, celebrating 32 years of bringing quality live entertainment to the community. You’ll hear song styles and instrumentals including rancheras, corridos, cumbias, boleros, ballads, sones, huapangos, jarabes, danzones, joro pos, pasodobles, marches, polkas, waltzes, and chotis. Most song lyrics are about machismo, love, betrayal, death, politics, revolutionary heroes, and country life. ¡Olé!

Portage LIVE! 's Tuesday night summer concerts will begin on Tuesday , June 7 at 6 pm with the ever-popular Jim Bulanda. This absolutely FREE summer series continues every Tuesday night at Woodland Park’s Oakwood Hall, 2100 Willowcreek Road in Portage through August 30, and features a stellar array of local talent! That’s a total of thirteen concerts with music of all genres offering something for every musical palate! Food and cash bar concession is available.
