
As Truluck’s Ocean’s Finest Seafood & Crab celebrates the start of summer with seasonal offerings and limited-time specials, the acclaimed seafood destination continues to bring guests impeccably prepared fresh seafood, hand-cut steaks, and exceptional service that have made it a premier dining destination for special occasions.
Anchoring this season is the return of the Summer of ‘92 menu, a curated prix fixe dining experience available now, alongside limited-time World Cup and Americana cocktails and special offerings designed to elevate summer celebrations.
Available now, the Summer of ’92 menu invites guests to experience a selection of Truluck’s signature favorites through a multi-course prix fixe experience for $59 per person. For the first course, diners can select from eight menu options, with standouts including the Little Gem Caesar Salad, Shrimp Cocktail, or available for upgrade, Burrata & Stone Fruit Salad, featuring shaved prosciutto, honey vinaigrette and crushed pistachios.
Following starters, guests will choose from seven entrée options, including Petit Scallop & Shrimp Sauté, a 6-oz Filet Mignon or Pappardelle Bolognese. And finally, diners can select a sweet treat to complete their meal, including Petit Carrot Cake, Petit Chocolate Malt Cake, Petit Key Lime Pie or the seasonal Citrusmisu which features citrus mascarpone, soaked ladyfingers and basil-scented strawberries.
Seafood lovers can also enjoy Truluck’s Crab, Crab, Crab feature, highlighting premium crab sourced from around the world. Pristine crab is expertly scored for ease of picking and presented over chilled ice, served with Truluck’s signature mustard sauce and TL Louie Sauce. Selections include Wild Bairdi Crab – Alaska, Red King Crab – Bering Sea, Dungeness Crab – Pacific Northwest, all can be enjoyed in ¼lb portions or as a Crab Flight.

- June 10- July 19: Fútbol Pasión, a Truluck’s original cocktail honoring the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026™. Crafted with Don Julio 1942 tequila, tropical flavors and a playful soccer ball-inspired garnish, the cocktail offers a celebratory sip designed for fans ready to toast their favorite teams.
- June: A warm-weather twist on a timeless classic, the Toasted Pecan Old Fashioned blends Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel Bourbon with El Guapo Creole Orgeat and aromatic bitters for a rich, nutty cocktail layered with notes of toasted pecan, caramel and warming spice.
- July: Putting a bold bourbon spin on the modern Paper Plane, the Yellowstone Bourbon Paper Plane features Yellowstone Bourbon, balancing bright citrus and bittersweet notes with rich caramel, vanilla and subtle spice for a smooth, summer-ready sip. Inspired by Yellowstone’s signature flavor profile of vanilla oak, caramel and hints of citrus, the cocktail delivers a balanced finish with depth and warmth.
- Austin Hope Winery Partnership: Throughout the month of July, guests can raise a glass for a cause as Truluck’s partners with Austin Hope Winery to support veterans living with PTSD through Operation Surf. Truluck’s will make a $10 donation per glass and a $50 donation for every bottle of Austin Hope’s Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve.
