
The Northwestern Indiana Regional Planning Commission (NIRPC) will hold a 30-day public comment period on the 2024-2026 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program. The comment period began August 18.
As a recipient of Federal financial assistance from the Department of Transportation, the Northwestern Indiana Regional Planning Commission has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program and signed an assurance that it will comply in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26.
Comments may be submitted until September 16, 2023, in the following ways:

NIRPC is the Metropolitan Planning Organization and regional council of local governments for Northwest Indiana.
