The Munster Police Department is currently seeking new participants for our Munster Dog Walker Watch Program. The program is held as an extension of our department’s Munster Neighborhood Crime Watch Program, and involves residents who would like to help with looking out for suspicious activity in their respective neighborhoods while they are walking their dogs.
New participants are invited to participate in our Dog Walker Watch picnic on Wednesday, July 27th at 6:00pm where they will receive their FREE volunteer t-shirts (as pictured) and can meet other volunteers from the program. The location of the picnic will be provided to volunteers. The volunteer t-shirts are sponsored by the Choice Community Council.
