This past July 25th, officers and civilian employees of the Munster Police Department participated in Dairy Queen’s “Miracle Treat Day”.
Throughout that day, any sales from pre-orders of Blizzard treats were donated by Dairy Queen to the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago.
Forty Blizzard treats were purchased for the members of our police department by the members of the Munster Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #147. Photos of some of the officers with their Blizzards are shown here.
