Officers and civilian employees from the Munster Police Department were invited to serve as “Community Readers” at Eads Elementary School on January 30th.
The morning began with a school-wide assembly where a group of students provided a skit on the importance of using critical thinking skills, and then each member of the department went to individual classroom to read a book which highlighted this skill.
Thank you to Eads School for inviting our department once again this year!
