Public Narrative is excited to announce additional winners and finalists of the 28th Annual Community Media Awards.

Following the announcement of the Studs Terkel winners, the Uplifting Voices and the Ripple Effect Awards winners have also been selected.

"These awards help provide a well-rounded acknowledgment of community journalists whose work has influenced our city in different ways," says Public Narrative president and executive director Jhmira Alexander.

"As journalists' approaches to journalism continue to evolve, so will how we recognize them in future awards."
