Michael Ross Nugent captured the stylings and vocals of Canadian singer, Michael Buble’ , in concert at The Theatre at the Center on May 10th. The concert was a Mother’s Day Eve treat for Buble’ fans.
Nugent’s amazing voice and stage presence combined with pianist, Michael Clark’s talent, provided a wonderful evening of entertainment. Nugent and Clark, traveled from their home-base in Las Vegas to Munster. Nugent remarked that they were happy to be in Munster to see green grass and trees as opposed to rocks and desert sand.
During several of the songs, Nugent strolled through the audience engaging them with his endearing personality.
The tribute included many songs from The Great American Songbook, such as, Fever, How Sweet It Is, Haven’t Met You Yet, You Make Me Feel So Young, Save the Last Dance for Me, and Crazy Little Thing Called Love.
Pianist, Michael Clark, also did a magnificent piano solo of Georgia on My Mind.
