In this position she manages a team who assists clients with addressing their needs, building self-esteem, and working towards becoming independent. Bianca works with staff to assist with training and supervises all case management. Bianca has a passion for working with those in 
need. Prior to working at the Caring Place, Bianca gained experience working with the homeless population, substance abuse population, and behavioral health as a volunteer and intern. Bianca graduated magna cum laude from Ivy Tech Community College with an Associates in Human Services and a technical certificate in Addiction Studies. Bianca will graduate with honors from Purdue Global with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology in Addictions in April of 2020. Bianca is the proud mother of her daughter, Vivian, and lives in Chesterton with her daughter and fiancé’ Anthony Hardin. Bianca’s fiancé also works for a non-profit as the Director of Operations for the Duneland YMCA. Bianca enjoys spending time outside and exploring nature with her daughter and fiancé.
