Students in grades 6-12: take our new 100 Books Before Graduation reading challenge!
The goal? Read 100 books before you graduate high school. In addition to improving your critical thinking, vocabulary, and empathy, you'll get some neat prizes along the way.
Special Hours:
November 7: Merrillville Branch will close at 5 PM for a special LCPL Foundation wine tasting and jazz event
November 11: All locations open normal hours for Veterans Day

Last Call for an Evening of Jazz and Wine!

The LCPL Foundation's special closed-library wine tasting and jazz event is sold out!
The evening will include wine tastings served by Four Corners Winery, light hors d'oeuvres, raffle items, live jazz music by The Jeff Brown Trio and a presentation on the history of jazz by Professor Jeff Brown.
Tickets: $45/person. Tickets are required
Attendees must be 21 years of age or older.
