You Asked, We Answered!

Ask a LibrarianQuestion: Can I learn how to craft here? What do you have available?

Answer: We have many crafting opportunities! Visit LCPL's calendar of events to see what's going on at each of our branches. We have classes for children, teens, and adults, including all-ability crafts and regularly scheduled craft gatherings. New programs are added frequently, so be sure to check often to see if anything catches your interest!

If you want more inspiration, you can visit Creativebug, which has hundreds of projects and tutorials to practice any level of crafting, from beginner to master! It's free when you log in with your Full Access or Digital Access LCPL card - and yes, student cards will work!

Or, if you enjoy physical materials, we have plenty of craft-based magazines and books available to check out; search our catalog or ask a librarian for help finding what you need!

And finally, if you are interested in using technology to create, be sure to explore the Libratory at Merrillville Branch!
