Since 2012, they have staunchly supported and celebrated the art of making and the importance of local adventures and authentic Midwestern celebrations.
Journeyman is thrilled to announce their 9th Fall Artisan Market is ready and more robust than ever. A perfect kickoff weekend to a week of family times, thankful days and gifts, and more gifts. Saturday, November 20th from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm and Sunday, November 21st from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, doors will be open wide and ready for gift gathering, touring, sipping, and revelry.
Tried and true favorites are back and interesting and unusual new makers will be on the scene. As always the fun is in the mix - from the featured art, accessories, and gourmet goods - to the fully stocked Journeyman shop with branded wares and wears, to the organic grain-to-bottle spirits for your bar and for gifting.
70 makers will fill the Journeyman historic Featherbone corset factory’s refurbished, industrial event spaces for the seasonal 2-day market. "We celebrate creativity and experimentation in our craft and are honored to share these artisans with our community,” says Johanna Welter.
The 2021 Fall Artisan market will feature handmade jewelry, ceramics, wearable art, health and beauty items, photography, home decor, paper goods, gourmet food, and much more to surprise and delight. The event’s layout and scale provide plenty of space for interaction and conversation between makers and customers that make the experience one-of-a-kind.
Another tasty feature of Journeyman's Fall Artisan Market is the festive food and drink offerings. Cocktails, as well as small plate items, are available to purchase from the convenient Warren Hall bar. House-made donuts served fresh and sprinkly are a perennial favorite. Sip and shop till the last drop. Then head down to the bar to compare the bounty and celebrate the season.
