Theatre at the Center’s John Denver Musical Tribute starring Ted Vigil was a wonderful afternoon of music. Vigil said he’s not a John Denver imitator, rather he’s a John Denver tribute artist. He entertained the sell-out audience for just over 2 hours with a song list including most of Denver’s hits.
NW Indiana audiences who were lucky enough to see Almost Heaven: John Denver’s America, the last production at TATC which was cut off by Covid, might remember his appearance then. I know I did.
